I’ve worked with the Institute for Organisational Development since 2008. I have participated in the Performance Coaching programme. On an individual level the programmes are great for reflecting on my personal practice and have improved my conversations better with the clients. On an organisational level I’ve used them both within the police sector and a private sector organisation. It’s all been about building the performance of team members and making sure that services are improved and we get better outputs from them.
