The Institute for Organisational Development offer a range of development programmes designed to equip delegates with the core skills required to be an effective OD Practitoner or Senior Leader.

How to manage workplace (and life) stressors and sustain peak performance by developing new strategies to support personal and team wellbeing. Read more

How to develop collaborative working practices, encouraging collective thinking and the development of ideas, building trust and deepening relationships to support the overall aims of the organisation. Read more

On an individual level the programmes are great for reflecting on my personal practice and have improved my conversations better with the clients. On an organisational level I’ve used them both within the police sector and a private sector organisation. It’s all been about building the performance of team members and making sure that services are improved and we get better outputs from them.
