The Institute for Organisational Development is a Member-driven organisation. Through Member relationships, the Institute works with organisations and individuals in four areas of interconnected practice – OD Consultancy, development Programmes, practice-based Research and the sharing of its Voice and the Voices of others.
The Institute for OD’s key offering to UK businesses is to be their strategic Organisational Development Partner, through building a long-term, collaborative Strategic Membership relationship.
Working with organisations and individuals across the UK, the Institute’s vision and activity is guided by an Advisory Group, led by a Chair and President, and made up of representatives from the Institute for OD’s Membership Community.
All aspects of how the Institute for OD operates are underpinned by its collective organisational values and its client and Member engagement principles. It is important for the Institute to make decisions and behave in line with these values and principles.
