OD Article / Publication of the Year – Perry Timms at PTHR at People and Transformational HR Ltd

Congratulations to Perry Timms – PTHR at People and Transformational HR Ltd for the winning article of the year https://www.thehrdirector.com/organisational-development-strategic-hr-now-time-became-od-practitioners/

The Awarding Panel felt that this was a great article – succinct and inspiring.

Well-argued and engaging.

The article goes beyond an exploration of the issue to include an explicit call to arms for OD to be more widely recognised as a real value-adding capability that organisations need now and going forward, and for future leaders to be equipped with an appreciation of, and skills in, OD.

Very relevant to The Institute for Organisational Development’s journey towards becoming the Institute for Organisational Development. It had an impact of leaving you wanting to know and explore more….!

Collecting the award on behalf of Perry was Rosanna James, OD Consultant, The Institute for Organisational Development.

Fellow finalists for this category were: Natalie Grosvenor and Myles Downey with link to Myles article below and reference to Natalie’s article:

We have used the facilities at The Institute for Organisational Development building a number of times for our team meetings, away days and working groups. The setting is lovely and the atmosphere is quiet, comfortable and relaxed. It proves how important it is to have the right setting to achieve the innovation and creativity we aimed to generate during our events. The catering is always good and the coffee lounge and breakout rooms formed an invaluable part of the experience.
