Strategic Leadership Forum

Date: Tuesday 14th June 2018

Venue: Leeds Teaching Hospitals

As the future Institute for Organisational Development, we work with the principle of being research led, research fed. This means we seek out emerging thinking within OD practice and theory, sharing it and supporting people to put it into practice.

We then look to gain insight from our members on this emerging thinking, listening to their experiences of putting it into practice and helping them to evaluate the impact it has had. This valuable insight helps us to develop our continued study and research into Organisational Development practices.

The purpose of the Strategic Leadership Forum will be to hear these experiences and opinions from individuals in our membership community who are at the forefront of influencing and driving organisational development strategy for their businesses. It will also give them the opportunity to develop their thinking and consider approaches to challenges they are facing.

Sharing the knowledge and working experience of the forum members is important to help the continuous development of OD practice within their organisations, but also across the wider OD community.

Testimonial

I decided to attend the conference because it’s all about ethics. For me ethics in leadership is absolutely crucial, not just for our service but across all public services and the private sector. So far it’s been fantastic. I’ve really enjoyed the coaching and the main speaker. I would recommend anyone to spend some time here and interchange ideas with colleagues and talk to the Institute consultants who are fabulous at what they do. The conference gives you time to reflect on what you are trying to achieve at work.
