Celebrate International Coaching Week by attending our OD Masterclass Series!

March 19, 2018

On Tuesday 8th May 2018 at the Thackray Medical Museum, you can attend our next OD Masterclass Series with Guest Speaker Myles Downey, Founder of the School of Coaching and The School of Coaching International – ‘Enabling Leaders’.

Myles Downey is recognised as one of the leading business performance coaches in Europe, with extensive experience spanning thirty years. Being the Founder of The School of Coaching in the UK, establishing The School of Coaching International, and creating Enable – ‘Your place to think’ (an automated coaching system designed to bring high quality and affordable coaching to the many) are but a few of his accomplishments.

The Masterclass will be part presentation and part workshop, intending to be thought-provoking, absorbing and pragmatic, with three core themes:

The shift from 20th to 21st Century – The work context has changed significantly in the last thirty years but, for the most part, we are still operating with a 20th Century mind set: efficiency is the tool and compliance the required mind set.

The Enabling Leader – ‘Change happens one person at a time’. The leader or manager is uniquely placed to enable change – although this is seldom seen to be the role.

Identity and Leadership – The Enabling Leader leads, manages and coaches. Each leader will occur and perform in a unique manner – understanding one’s own ‘unique individual genius’ as a leader is the foundation from which the Enabling Leader works and grows.

Numbers will be strictly limited so please book early to avoid disappointment.

For further details and to book your place at our next OD Masterclass in Leeds please call 01430 425683 or email luke.spayne@thebeechcentre.co.uk .
