We have used the facilities at The Institute for Organisational Development building a number of times for our team meetings, away days and working groups. The setting is lovely and the atmosphere is quiet, comfortable and relaxed. It proves how important it is to have the right setting to achieve the innovation and creativity we aimed to generate during our events. The catering is always good and the coffee lounge and breakout rooms formed an invaluable part of the experience.
