Rosanna James

OD Consultant - OD Practice

Rosanna is an OD Consultant at the Institute for Organisational Development. In her role here she specialises in management, leadership and organisational development as a consultant, coach and facilitator.

Before joining the Institute Rosanna worked across private and third sector environments in management and leadership roles. Most recently Rosanna worked for the British Heart Foundation where she was responsible for Talent & OD.

As a trained coach and MBTI Step II practitioner, Rosanna’s warm enthusiastic style creates a non-judgmental space to work in collaboration on the challenges and issues that face individuals and their organisation.

Rosanna is an active member of the Charted Institute of Personnel and Development and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. She has completed the ASTD Consulting Certificate and is a Mental Health First Aider through MHFA England.

On a personal level Rosanna leads an active lifestyle, having run marathons and off-road half marathons and enjoys epic adventures on her bike, she has an interest in the close relationship between physical and mental health and wellbeing.

Membership Services Manager - Membership Services

Claire joined the Institute for Organisational Development in February 2018 in the role of Membership Services Manager.  Prior to this, Claire has 18 years’ experience working within a variety of industry sectors for large corporate companies and small businesses, running the day to day operations.

As Membership Services Manager, Claire leads on operational elements for client and member delivery within the Institute for Organisational Development and the membership services provision; ensuring that membership clients are ‘delighted’ in their interactions with the business as per the strategic objectives.

Claire has completed her honours degree in Business Management and enjoys riding her horse called Bella.

Steve founded The Beech Consultancy in 2000 and has lead The Beech Consultancy and The Beech Centre team over the last 18 years to achieve Institute status.

With a background in senior level general management and having worked in a number of sectors including Education, Health and not-for-profit organisations, Steve drives the success of The Institute for Organisational Development and works directly across our membership community.

Steve draws upon postgraduate qualifications in management, education and consultancy and has many years practical experience, including leading roles in the Chartered Management Institute and the Association for Coaching.

Steve spends his time raising the awareness of The Institute for Organisational Development’s work and vision, as well as maintaining member relationships by providing delivery as an OD consultant, facilitator, executive coach and supervisor of practice and projects. Steve is passionate about developing and embedding the Institute for OD as the most inspiring Institute for the art , science and practice of Organisational Development.

Director - Membership Services

Joining The Beech Centre team in April 2013 as Membership Services Manager, Donna had 13 years previous experience in public sector working for North Lincolnshire Council, Adult Social Services both within care management and workforce, development and training.

Donna has a wealth of experience within leadership and management, recruitment and selection, budget monitoring, customer service, IT & social media, training and development. Donna has completed both the Certificate in Performance Development Coaching and Certificate in Management Consulting Essentials with The Institute for Organisational Development.

Donna now leads the Membership Services Team for The Institute for Organisational Development and is passionate about providing a world-class membership proposition for both current members of The Institute for Organisational Development and the wider OD community.

Jenny Venter

Business Manager - Governance & Partnerships

With over 20 years of experience within the administration and secretarial field, Jenny is responsible for managing the financial operations at The Institute for Organisational Development.

Jenny has experience in varied industries such as Manufacturing, Insurance, Housing Development, Motor Trade and a Charitable Organisation funded by the Local Council.

Jenny has recently undertaken the Certificate in Professional Consulting with The Institute for Organisational Development and is looking forward to utilising her newly accrued skills within her role as a member of the Institute Leadership Team!

Lynn Boulonois

Business Development Consultant - New Business, OD and Comms

Lynn joined The Beech Centre in November 2014 as Programme Administrator and then moved into the Membership Services Co-ordinator role in April 2015, after moving to Yorkshire in July 2014 from Shropshire. Lynn then briefly undertook the Membership Programme Manager before moving into the Business Development consultant role in October 2017.

For over 20 years she worked in the Travel & Banking Industry, qualified in both British Airways Fares & Ticketing, and financial planning. Lynn recently attended the Introductory Certificate in Organisational Development.

In her role as the Business Development Consultant, Lynn is responsible for growing the Institute for Organisational Development’s membership community. She regularly attends networking events and conferences, as well as travelling up and down the country visiting organisations who are keen to join the Institute for Organisational Development.

She has lived in a number of different countries across Europe following her husband around in the RAF, Cyprus being her favourite. She is a keen golfer with a handicap of 13.

Institute Projects Manager - OD Practice

Martha joined The Beech Centre team in 2014 in the role of Membership Services Assistant. Martha then moved into the Membership Services Administrator role in 2015 before transitioning into the Membership Services Manager role in 2016.

Martha then transitioned from the Membership Services team into the OD Practice team and into her current role of Institute Projects Manager. In her role, Martha is responsible for leading on specific Institute related project work, especially in relation to the Institute for Organisational Development’s OD practice, such as developing the Institute’s Research Programme and OD Diagnostic Workshop and Report.  Martha was also responsible for ensuring The Beech Centre’s smooth transition to the Institute for Organisational Development in 2018.

Programme Manager - Membership Services

Luke joined The Beech Centre in November 2015 in the role of Membership Services Assistant. Prior to this, Luke came from a small family run business background which he managed for a number of years.

Luke has completed his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management at the University of Hull from which he spent five years studying. Luke has a keen ambition to travel the world and also enjoys dog walks with his Weimaraner called Mabel.

Luke then undertook the role of Membership Services Administrator in 2016, before transitioning into the Membership Programme Manager role is 2017. As Programme Manager, Luke is responsible for managing all aspects of the Institute for Organisational Development’s programmes offering . This involves organising all of the materials, room bookings and resources for all of the Institute for OD’s open programmes and in – house programmes within our member organisations too.

At The Institute for Organisational Development we work with a number of specialist associates who provide members with support through programme development, consultancy interventions and research activity as they progress on their OD journey.
